Sitting Up All By Herself

Elizabeth is sitting up all by herself now! She has been able to sit up for awhile now, but could only do it for a few minutes at a time, then would topple over. Now she sits really well and can go for a long time without falling over! Here are some photos of her accomplishments. :)

Also, in the midst of her learning to sit all by herself, she has definitely learned her name! (Which is kind of strange, because I rarely call her by her name... I usually call her Sweet Pea or Peanut Butter - LOL - I can't help it!) Watch her turn around when I call her name.

7 Months!

Elizabeth is 7 months today! Her daddy brought her home a special little pink and green cake to celebrate. Annnnnd... she just HAD to put her hand in it of course!

More Rolling...

Elizabeth is getting better at rolling over! She actually LIKES to be on her belly now, a strong contrast to her early months. :)

Roll-Over!

Today Elizabeth rolled over for the first time! She's been testing the waters for quite some time, twisting the upper half of her body for at least a month and for about a week now finally was able to kick her legs over! She was not quite able to roll over her shoulder to fully do it... until today! She's done it at least a dozen times since, and seems to cry or scream half the time. I roll her back on her back and soothe her, only for her to roll over again and cry! What a boogie. She also was able to roll back on to her back herself once! Way to go Elizabeth! I am such a proud mommy. :) Here is the video:
