Elizabeth had her 8 month checkup today. She is now 19 lbs. 11 oz. and 27.5 inches long! She is growing so fast. She also had her first flu shot today and didn't cry at all. She also had her blood drawn where they squeezed and squeezed her finger and she started to give the pouty lip, but again never cried. What a trooper she is!
The pediatrician said she is doing great and that she can start to take "finger foods" and I proudly told him she already had been for about 2 weeks now. :) He also said I can double or triple her solid foods at each mealtime. She was eating about 4 oz. per meal (plus 3-4 oz. of liquids) and now she can have up to 8-12 oz.! Can't wait to see how she does with the changes.
