Elizabeth's First Trip to... Disney!

Ken had to go to Orlando for a work conference on Thursday, April 16, so Elizabeth and I went with him. This was our first overnight trip, so you can imagine how much stuff we packed! We drove up to Orlando on Wednesday night and settled into The Peabody. We were given a very nice room and they wheeled in a crib, refrigerator and microwave for us! Elizabeth even got her own ducky towels and a rubber duck for her bath. (unfortunately, I forgot to get a photo)

We also made it in time to watch the duck march. The ducks were so cute and fun to watch.

Elizabeth enjoyed her front row seat watching the duckies.

On Thursday, Ken left for his conference and I took Elizabeth to Disney for the day! She thoroughly enjoyed it and stayed awake most of the day. We rode on the PeopleMover, Carousel of Progress, The Haunted Mansion and had lunch at the Liberty Tree Tavern.

She also got her very first Mickey's Ears with her name embroidered on the back! A cute, little pink Princess hat for a cute, little worn-out Princess. We had a great day! (And an added bonus... she was so worn out, she slept all night!)
