Elizabeth is now 2 months! I can't believe how quick the time has gone. In honor of her turning 2 I made lemon-flavored cupcakes with buttercream icing and placed them in the shape of a "2" and put pink sprinkles and pink M&M's on top. In addition to the regular cupcakes, I made a ton of mini cupcakes that Ken took to work. Apparently they were well received because I was brought back an empty container!
